48% of retailers targeting South East Asia come from Europe, ahead of the North America and Asia Pacific regions.
65% of retailers have typical store size requirements of less than 500 sqm; cautious sentiments prevail with majority of surveyed retailers targeting to open less than 10 stores in a chosen South East Asia country.
