CBRE Research and the CBRE Institute are pleased to launch the 2017 Americas Occupier Survey, part of a globally coordinated survey of senior corporate real estate executives that aims to identify trending priorities and actions of corporations across the Americas, EMEA and APAC.

The 2017 Americas Occupier Survey had participation from 176 corporate real estate executives in the region, who heavily cited enhancing the workplace experience for employees, including implementing amenities and services and promoting a healthy environment, while prudently managing their real estate portfolios in light of economic uncertainty, as their top priorities. 87% are optimizing their real estate footprints to prepare for the future and 83% are focusing on talent-driven market selection
86% are reinventing or adapting their workplace standards
