Millennials, a population group generally defined as those who were born between 1980 and 2000, comprises 22% of population in Japan. (as of 2014). They are seen to play a major role in growth of Japanese economy going forward.

In December 2015, CBRE Research conducted a global survey of 13,000 young adults aged between 22 and 29 to examine how they live, work and play.

The survey result offers insights into how corporates should approach their future real estate strategy.
