CBRE conducted a global survey of 13,000 millennials globally — aged between 22 and 29, including 1,000 from Hong Kong out of 5,000 from Asia-Pacific millennials. Hong Kong Millennials: Shaping the Future of Real Estate discloses Hong Kong millennials’ attitudes towards live, work, and play. Some key findings include:
- Hong Kong millennials are with the highest percentages of living with parents and dining out in the globe.
- 21% of Hong Kong millennials have no plan to leave the family home.
- They can save 33% of their disposable income, compared to 20% of the global average.
