The CBRE Business Intelligence architecture is designed to accommodate virtually all data sources.  The diagram below shows how our architecture and data governance process combine to enable truly integrated reporting, while also remaining flexible and scalable.

BI Architecture

Information is sourced from various systems and tools before undergoing a detailed process to cleanse, conform, consolidate, and audit the data. A single source of common data is then used across multiple systems to establish integrated reports and visual dashboards. These dashboards become the new starting point to investigate, identify, analyze, and answer business-critical decisions.

Data Governance

Data governance is the foundation for our solutions. Strong data governance requires strict adherence to the core governance disciplines: data quality management, information lifecycle management, and security & privacy.  Proper and continuous execution of these disciplines allows enterprise data to be trusted and leveraged to for decision making.
