How about taking some height?

Our Belgian headquarters, ideally located in the heart of the Toison d'Or district in Brussels, offers you 360° views over the whole centre of Brussels. Whether through the large bay windows of the office spaces and the Lounge area, or even the panoramic terrace on the top floor, the Brussels skyline emerges at any time of the day.

CBRE occupies the top 3 floors of the W16 building, with an upper floor entirely dedicated to formal and informal meetings. In addition to a multitude of meeting rooms with various layouts, the top floor also includes our C-Bar, a Lounge area and the panoramic terrace on which clients and employees can have a drink and relax. Our office spaces offer a varied set of workspaces allowing everyone to work according to the tasks and projects to be carried out.

The Toison d'Or district is full of quality restaurants and snacks to satisfy all appetites. Numerous shopping streets are a short distance from the W16 and offer you the most successful shopping experience, according to your desires. The Sablon district, the historic centre or even the Saint-Boniface square are just a few steps away from our offices.

The presence of two major transport “hubs” in the immediate vicinity as well as car parks makes our offices easily accessible regardless of the preferred means of transport.
